4th of July

We had such a blast yesterday! We went down to Overland Park to watch the fireworks for 4th of July. We packed a picnic and had a delicious dinner as we waited for the show to begin and Jack had an absolute blast running around. They had a band playing and Jack loved going near the stage and dancing to the music, soo cute!
The show was spectacular and lasted nearly half an hour. It was definitly one of the best of shows we have been to, we thought it was the finale four times! Jack loved watching the firworks and was in total awe for the first 10 minutes. We were thankful he liked them, we were hoping he wouldn't be scared. Such a good boy!!
On our way home we could see our town and a surrounding town putting on a few little displays of there own from the highway.
I got some cute pictures of Jack and I thought I would compare a picture we took last 4th of July of him to this year. Last years pictures was taken at the same place, a little tradition we have started :)
