Jack had his 18 month check up this past Monday. It went very well! He grew 5 inches in just 6 months! The doctor told me she thought Jack would be a tall boy and have another big growth spurt around 3 years old :) However, that being said, he wasn't off the charts for height - he was in the 80th percentile. He was in the 40th percentile for weight.
The doctor also said he was definitely above average for his vocabulary (he can say around 40 words, not including animal sounds). She was very impressed with that as well as his depth perception. So it was a very good visit! We are so proud of our big boy. He seems to be changing a little bit every day and is always learning how to do and say new things. He is the joy of our lives and we love being on this adventure with him.
